### What changes were proposed in this PR? Add optional per-measure conditions to COUNT and SUM in Aggregate. Support all or any matching, typed comparisons and null checks. Empty conditions preserve existing behavior; other aggregate functions reject conditions. Keep the saved logical configuration intact during distributed planning. ### Any related issues, documentation, discussions? Closes #8779 ### How was this PR tested? Local candidate checks: 90 aggregate tests passed, including 20 new cases observed failing before implementation. Module scalafix and repository Scala formatting passed. ```text sbt "WorkflowOperator/testOnly org.apache.texera.amber.operator.aggregate.*" sbt "WorkflowOperator/scalafix --check" "WorkflowOperator/Test/scalafix --check" scalafmtCheckAll ``` Chrome at 1707 by 979 on localhost: edit Aggregate conditions, run 125 synthetic rows, check independent measures, nulls, Unicode and empty input, then save and reimport. Existing compiler diagnostics remain generic for some invalid conditions. These local checks preceded today's rebase onto upstream main 98d3d4b1ec. Candidate changes are unchanged. Remote CI and the full operating-system matrix are not claimed. Synthetic input comparison using the candidate, not a pristine upstream UI. | Unconditional measures | Per-measure conditions | | --- | --- | | | | ### Was this PR authored or co-authored using generative AI tooling?
