URL: https://github.com/apache/texera/issues/8797

   ### What happened?

   The execution-time binding test compares host-generated paths with
hard-coded Unix separators. It fails on Windows even when the repository and
commit bindings are correct.

   ### How to reproduce?

   On Windows with the test database configured, run:

   ```text
   sbt "WorkflowOperator/testOnly
org.apache.texera.amber.operator.udf.python.PythonUdfUiParameterSupportSpec"
   ```

   The unchanged suite records one pass and one injected-code equality failure.
The expected paths should use the host separator while still checking the exact
repository and commit.

   ### Version/Branch

   1.4.0-incubating-SNAPSHOT (main)

   ### Commit Hash (Optional)
