URL: https://github.com/apache/texera/issues/8871
### What happened?
While a workflow was running, I switched to another browser tab and came
back. The execution timer in the canvas toolbar had advanced only from 0:00:31
to 0:01:53 (about 1 min 22 s), while roughly 3 minutes had passed on the system
clock (8:55 → 8:58 PM). The displayed time no longer matches the actual
execution time.
### How to reproduce?
Used 1-out UDF operator that runs for a long time to reproduce it:
```
from pytexera import *
class GenerateOperator(UDFSourceOperator):
@overrides
def produce(self) -> Iterator[Union[TupleLike, TableLike, None]]:
import time
time.sleep(10 * 60)
yield
```
