### What changes were proposed in this PR? - Remove two orphaned CSS rule blocks, `.panels-container` and `.code-panel-wrapper` (and their comments), from `workflow-editor.component.scss`. - Both are leftover styling from a removed inline-panel overlay and are referenced nowhere in the component template, TypeScript, or anywhere in `frontend/src`; neighboring rules such as `.chat-popover-container` are untouched. ### Any related issues, documentation, discussions?
