### What changes were proposed in this PR? - Remove four dead CSS rules from `result-table-frame.component.scss`: `td.data-size`, `.borderless-button` (and its `:hover`), `.table-footer`, and `.download-all-button`. - These are leftovers from the result table's old in-table download-all / bulk binary download UI (#2869, #2931), which was later reworked into the separate result-exportation component; the rules are referenced nowhere in the component template, TypeScript, or anywhere in `frontend/src`. - The still-live per-cell download styles (`.download-button`, `.table-row-hover`, `.table-container`) are untouched. ### Any related issues, documentation, discussions? Closes: #8897 ### How was this PR tested? - Static, non-functional change (CSS dead-code removal); no behavior changes, so no test added. - Verify no references exist: run `rg -n "data-size|borderless-button|table-footer|download-all-button" frontend/src` and confirm there are no remaining hits. - Open the result panel table, hover a cell, and confirm the per-cell download icon and all table styling render unchanged. ### Was this PR authored or co-authored using generative AI tooling?
