   ### What happened?

   On a dataset’s or model’s “Versions & Files” tab, the file preview has two
problems:

   If downloading a file fails (storage unreachable, expired link, network
error), the preview stays on “File content is loading” forever. The existing
“File loading encounter error” message is never shown.
   If you click a file and then another one before the first finishes loading,
the first file’s content can arrive last and replace the second’s. The header
and size still name the second file.

   Expected: a failed load shows the error message, and only the most recently
clicked file is shown.

   A failed download, still loading after 20 seconds:

   <img width="1440" height="900" alt="Image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/ff00f247-77ef-4c34-8a2a-aeb3cab3d478";
 />

   notes.txt clicked right after Iris.csv, shown correctly at first:

   <img width="1440" height="900" alt="Image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/fabaeb33-3c0f-490e-867d-5b12db04bdeb";
 />

   A moment later, Iris.csv’s content replaces it under the notes.txt header:

   <img width="1440" height="900" alt="Image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/dc26d5ce-4fb7-4462-a608-d13d417b88f6";
 />

   ### How to reproduce?

   Failed load:

   1. Open a dataset → “Versions & Files”.
   2. Stop the object store (e.g. docker stop texera-lakefs-rustfs in local
dev), then click a file. It never stops loading.
   3.

   Wrong file:

   1. Open a dataset whose version has a larger file and a small one, and
throttle the network in the browser’s dev tools.
   2. Click the larger file, then right away the small one. When the larger
file finishes, its content replaces the small file’s under the small file’s
name.
