### Task Summary
The admin Gmail page's stylesheet,
`frontend/src/app/dashboard/component/admin/gmail/admin-gmail.component.scss`,
styles nothing. Its only rule is `.form { ... }`, and the component's template
has never had an element with class `form`: the form there is `<form nz-form>`,
which ng-zorro marks only with `ant-form*` classes. The component uses emulated
encapsulation, so the rule can't reach any other template.
**Introduced by** #2027 (2023-10-11, "Introduce Email Notification System"),
which copied the rule from the login stylesheet along with the new component.
**Usage removed by:** never used. No version of the Gmail template has had a
`form` class.
Removing the file and its `styleUrls` entry is a pure deletion with no
behaviour change.
