### Feature Summary Once results open beside their operators on the canvas (#9057), the bottom panel's Result tab repeats what the pinned windows show. The console, meanwhile, shows nothing until exactly one operator is selected, and the errors that stop a run or a compilation sit in a separate Static Error tab. Part of #9052. ### Proposed Solution or Design The bottom panel keeps only the console. With no operator selected, it shows every operator's messages in time order, each tagged with its operator; clicking a tag narrows the console to that operator, as selecting it does. With one operator selected, it shows that operator's messages alone, under a line naming it that can be closed to go back to all. The errors from the Static Error tab join the console as error messages, shown by the same rule: an operator's own errors with it, and errors that belong to no operator when none is selected. ### Affected Area Workflow UI -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
