@Jens-G Before this PR, the `dub.json` only supported any version of the D openssl library greater than `1.1.6`, which corresponds to the C openssl version `1.0.1`. One thing this commit does is add support for the user to choose either the `1.0.1` C openssl library or the `1.1.0` one.
