This PR is now ready for review. * Serialization conforms with the spec, verified by tests * Implemented for binary, compact, and JSON protocols, as well as binary accelerated and compact C extension (for some it overrides Ruby methods instead of defining CompactAccelerated protol, but that is a question for another day) * Cross-tests pass on my next MR (this one is already a bit large) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
