The mailing-list and download links currently published through the [Apache
Projects entry for Thrift](https://projects.apache.org/project.html?thrift)
resolve to 404 pages because the old DOAP values redirect to trailing-slash
HTTPS URLs.
This update uses the canonical HTTPS project links, whose mailing-list and
download paths resolve successfully without trailing slashes. It also includes
Ruby in the programming-language list and aligns the maintainer contact
indentation, keeping the project metadata accurate without changing runtime
code.
