Closing as Won't Fix: both halves of this ticket are gone.
Swift support was removed under THRIFT-5864 in {{43e699045}}, released in
0.24.0. The commit that referenced this ticket, {{c49544802}}, standardised
Swift 5.7 in the Travis configuration, and Travis is no longer the project's CI
either - see THRIFT-5564.
Resolving as Won't Fix rather than Fixed, because there is no longer a Swift
version to standardise.
