— applied directly by Roger Meier in January 2016; [PR
#721|https://github.com/apache/thrift/pull/721] itself was closed unmerged.
First released in 0.10.0. Note for the record:
[control|https://github.com/apache/thrift/blob/master/debian/control] still
declares {{Standards-Version: 3.9.7}}; bumping it is a separate housekeeping
task. Resolving as Fixed.
