C++11 generation is the default since the THRIFT-4720 rework
([c9ac8d29|https://github.com/apache/thrift/commit/c9ac8d2953a4806cc93aa4ff2e700623ecad980c]);
this ticket was the pre-C++11 ask. Resolving as Fixed via THRIFT-4720.
