Sylwester Lachiewicz resolved THRIFT-5427.

Resolution: Fixed
lib/nodejs carries no runtime {{ws}} dependency (the only reference is in a
test package-lock). The vulnerable dependency this ticket describes is gone
from the library. Resolving as Fixed.
