returns {{getLocalPort()}}, so binding to port 0 and reading the assigned port
back works. Resolving as Fixed.

TServerSocket binds via {{ServerSocketTransportArgs}} (port 0 yields an
ephemeral port) and exposes {{getPort()}} to read the bound port back
