Sylwester Lachiewicz resolved THRIFT-4000.

Resolution: Fixed
The union test exists in the cross-test suite: {{union SomeUnion}} with five
typed fields is defined in
[test/ThriftTest.thrift|https://github.com/apache/thrift/blob/master/test/ThriftTest.thrift]
and exercised by the language cross tests. The 2017 reopen carried no stated
reason and none has emerged since. Resolving as Fixed.
