{{--gen js}} writes the pointer, not the string, for a constant of type
{{uuid}}. The {{TYPE_UUID}} case of
[t_js_generator.cc:822|https://github.com/apache/thrift/blob/master/compiler/cpp/src/thrift/generate/t_js_generator.cc#L822]
streams the {{t_const_value*}} itself; the string case just above it streams
{{get_escaped_string(value)}}.

The value differs from run to run. {{test/ConstantsDemo.thrift}} in the
repository has such a constant, so the cross-test generates it on every build.
Reproduced on master at 3af0cfff1.
