I've started looking into this and this is caused by the Radeox Escape Filter
which runs before the code macro.
I guess it would be easy enough to copy the radeox source code inside xwiki for
the escape filter so that we make it execute just after the code macro.
However I'd like first to understand why we need this escape filter.
If anyone knows...
