Cache issue on new document creation in multilingual mode

In multilingual mode if edit page is not loaded before save than save will fail.
Example:
1/ Edit a new doc
2/ Flush cache or wait sometime
3/ type and save
Save will fail because it will save in a translation
We need to clone documents in EditAction and fix SaveAction to save in proper
document
