Actually I'm not sure where the problem is. I assumed it was in the way the
document passed the XAR name to the Packager but maybe it's indeed a bug in the
Packager itself.
I think whoever fixes the problem can move the issue to where it belongs but
for now, from a user point of view, this is coming from XE which is why I moved
it there.
