Right now entering http://<server>:<port>/xwiki shows the index.html page which
itself links to an install.txt page that sends the reader to xwiki.org.
Todo:
* Change the redirectHomeServlet mapping to / so that it's active by default
* Remove index.html and install.txt since they're not needed (there's a
documentation link in the top right corner and we should package proper
installation instructions as a PDF or as a Documentation space)
