The same behaviour was present for each refresh of the feedtree, no matter
where it came from: auto-reload (?), programatic reload when a new feed was
added or the refresh button was clicked, etc.
The issue was fixed by storing the states of the group tree nodes and setting
the state back once the tree was updated (which means 'rebuilt' in the current
implementation).
