A XAR import fires an error when xwiki is set to no versioning

If xwiki is configured with no versioning (xwiki.store.versioning=0 in
xwiki.cfg), the method "XWikiDocument.resetArchive(XWikiContext context)" that
is called when importing a XAR fires a NullPointerException. I'll commit a line
tomorrow checking that the versioningStore exists.
