Refresh UI issue with new Rights Management UI

On the global users page, using the Users combo selection, when I start typing
for example "gro" the table will search for users having "g" in their names,
then "gr" and then "gro". Imagine there are no users matching "gro" but there
are users matching "gr".
The list should be empty but it's not (see attached image). It's a refresh
issue since if I move to some other applications and move back to FF the list
is refreshed fine and becomes empty.
