Here's what happened:
* 3 plugins were created:
** scheduler: XASCH-2
** mailsender: XPMAIL-1
** watchlist (renamed from notification): XPWATCHLIST-1
Thus closing this issue as won't fix since it was split amongst the 3 jira
issues above.
