I would call the parameter useReference rather than includeContent which is 
misleading (I didn't understand it before looking at the code). Another 
possibility is includeContentByReference but I think I prefer useReference 
instead.

Now what if we also want the attached objects to be references to the original 
document? :)

Or what if we want that attached object properties use includeInContext rather 
than the text too?
