Profiling XWiki shows that much of the time is spent cloning XWikiPreferences
due to calls to preference retrieval (mostly hasBackLinks) and rightsChecking.
Optimizations needed:
- Notification-refreshed cache for preferences
- Notification-refreshed cache for global and space rights
- Optimize the clone() code for documents, classes and objects
