Watch does not send a nocache parameter to proxy and feeds get stuck

It seems that Watch working behind a proxy is not sending a no-cache parameter
and feeds get often stuck by proxy cache, with no update or refresh. Using a
wget command line on the server of the rss feeds is a possible workaround but
could the refresh button send a --no-cache parameter to proxy to bypass its
cache and get the latest version of the items.
