In fact I think XWikiStoreInterface sould not expose databases concept directly
because even it's quite impossible now with all the hsql request used we want
XWikiStoreInterface to be able to works with more than just databases. I will
create an issue for a "isWikiNameUsed" method than cover WikiManager need
without using database different than wiki concept.
