When installing a fresh XEM, the page containing server objects for the main
wiki is
XWiki.XWikiServerXWiki and should be XWiki.XWikiServerXwiki, as only the first
character
of the DB name as to be in upper case. This makes the main wiki unreachable as
soon as you
define a URL for it.
