This bug affected only upgrades from very early XWiki instances, which didn't
have the XWD_FULLNAME field, and it needed to be recomposed from XWD_NAME and
XWD_WEB, so unless you think that a new RC is justified for allowing upgrades
from ancient xwiki to 1.2, then I'd rather not commit this in the 1.2 branch.
