Special characters in attachement name.

Currently a use can add attachement files with special characters on the
attachement name.
Later when you try to delete the document, xwiki fails.
I would propose that If there are special characters in attachement name, then
do not insert the attachement and warn the user to replace those chars with a
pop up or something else.
That would be great and avoid me to modify the DB manually.
