And deprecate the old syntax help panel. The rationale:
* There's not enough space to display all syntax possibilities inside the panel
itself
* The syntax is easily out of date
* The new toucan skin currentl doesn't display the old syntax panel correctly
In the future, we would need to add a XWiki.XWikiSyntax page to the default XE
distribution I think but that's another issue.
