First step done and committed.
Still need to be done:
- modify the different color CSS files so that they can be used as a default
skin and not as alternate skin (which do not work BTW since they're not
overriding the default color)
- modify search panel and css so that we have the same nice search panel as on
xwiki.org. This entails modifying the panelheader macros so that the styling
can be done selectively for the search panel only.
- review other pages that were changed on xwiki.org such as XWiki.Results
- review the changes in each vm file so that we don't need to override them
fully in the Toucan skin
