Add a "delete" button under tags

When a tag is selected, a "delete" button is shown right under it. Clicking on
this button removes the tag from the list and from all the articles it was
applied to.
Ideally, an "edit" button is available too. If an user edits the tag, its name
changes in the list on thr right. Every articles tagged with Tag1 become tagged
with Tag2.
