Impossible for a user to change its email if we don't change uncomment things

It should be hidden in view but displayed in edit because the only solution
today to change a user email is to modify XWikiUserSheet or to edit object.
An possible improvement would be to have an option "display / don't display my
email" in the UserSheet or a preference to set is on a Wiki email are displayed
or not.
