It is used in:
- Curriki documents
- XWiki.java
- XWikiUserManagementTools plugin
- UserDirectory plugin
The code from XWiki.java is hard to remove, as it requires something to send
mails, and using the mailsender plugin will create a circular dependency.
Curriki is safe for the moment, as it still uses 1.1, but they should update
the code, too.
The two plugins should be checked, as they are unmaintained for the moment, and
I don't know if they are used anywhere.
