I corrected some issues generated by the fact that "width: 100%" was removed.
However, both on IE and FF there are problems with the display of Page Rights,
that are NOT caused by the rm interface, but by the albatross css (which i
don't know how to fix...). For instance, on FF, the rights table has all the
text aligned at the center, probably caused by a text-align property of the
xwikieditcontent div and on ie6 the xwikieditcontentdiv overlaps with the tabs
(wiki, wysiswyg, history..etc). These should also be fixed, but are not rm
concerned. I will create a jira issue for this.
