* IE6: paragraphs generate too many empty lines
* IE6/7: when clicking on the Class edit mode there's an debug dialog box error
* IE6: the top level menu items are offset to the right by several pixels

* IE6: the icons in the Rights Mmgmt UI have a background problem
* IE6: in edit mode the validation buttons are split on 2 lines
* IE6: clicking on the syntax help panel generates a debug error dialog box
