Right now a pop up is opened with the content being rendered from xwiki.org.
However if the user is in offline mode he won't be able to see the syntax.
OTOH we don't want to duplicate the syntax page on xwiki.org so I suggest also
to write some script code on xwiki.org to take the XML from SVN (pointing to
the syntax page) and convert it to content of the fly.
