I *think* this can be a general solution, but...

In Hadoop, we should reject a patch that hits any three of hadoop-hdfs, 
hadoop-yarn-resourcemanager, hadoop-common, and hadoop-mapreduce-client because 
the unit tests are too expensive to run.
