Some interesting bits for debugging are tucked away in subdirectories in
PATCH_DIR. It looks like the ASF jenkins configuration (for Hadoop?) or
Jenkins itself doesn't safe those off. We should either fix the ASF
configuration or tgz/zip/whatever any directories created so there are copies.
