Sorry, shelldocs is what processes those @ tags.  It generates 
markdown-formatted documentation.  Ideally, when it detects a function without 
a tag (like @param), it would print "params: none" or whatever.  So it's more 
of a sidenote that if a function takes zero parameters, it shouldn't have an 
@param tag at all.
