- ensure brief description of each component at the top doc
- if precommit scripts have been updated, use shelldoc
- add current shelldocs for precommit
- if audience annotations has site javadocs, add them to the generated site
- update website docs for above
I'm not sure about checking in the generated markdown files for precommit shell
scripts. It takes practically no time to pull them out, so my inclination is to
remove them from source control.
