Specifically the changes file built by release doc maker.
bq. how about a link to the JQL for all the issues attached to the fix version?
I'm honestly not a fan of this, esp since it puts extra load on the JIRA server.
Another option is to take advantage of releasedocmaker's auto index creation
and just list them all together in one section. Then link to that section from
the release-specific area.
