commit message needs a single jira to go at that start (maybe an umbrella that
can pull in the ones fixed? or repurpose the scope of this ticket and just note
in the message the other tickets that have been incorporated). current commit
message list of fixed patches are all on a single line.
The combination of above causes oneline view to go to garbage:
