Summary: store testing information as CSV in patchprocess

In addition to the commenting we do, we should also store build summary
information in patchprocess as a CSV so that folks on Jenkins can use the [Plot
Plugin|https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Plot+Plugin] to plot things
over time. e.g. "number of modules tested" and "number of yetus plugin active"
would be interesting.
