+If the build system is specifically builds.apache.org, then the --asfjenkins 
flag should be used.  It enables specific capabilities for the Apache Software 
Foundation's servers.

Worth calling out that this includes the stopping of stale docker containers? 
Probably also worth noting that in --robots mode we destructively remove docker 
images + containers.
