Minor nits that can be be fixed on commit:
bq. git checkout --single-branch --branch
clone instead of checkout?
bq. $ rsync --quiet --checksum --inplace --recursive publish/ ../../yetus-docs/
yetus-site instead of yetus-docs?
bq. Try to reference the issues that caused this new publication
I've been using the git hash of the master branch. It's a good way to say
"everything up to this point".
